General Notes: Husband - Mojzesz (Mosiek) Cohn
His birthdate of October 31, 1820 [23 Cheshvan 5581] in Warsaw comes from his tombstone description in Hatzfira 9/11/1893 (but according to two birth records he was born on either December 7, 1820 or November 21, 1820 (his birth was registered twi ce). He was a merchant and stock broker. He was married to Hinda [Helena] Feuerstein [Fajersztajn] (her surname is also spelled "Feinstztein" in one record, which appears to be incorrect). She was from Kazimierz Dolny [Kuzmir] where her father , Meir Wolf HaLevi Fajerstein, owned a granary. Mojzesz and Hinda live for a while in Kazimierz Dolny and some of their children were born there. Hinda [Helena] died on October 19, 1882 and is buried in the Warsaw Jewish Cemetery (sector 8, ro w 1, number 28). Mojzesz Cohn was an important member of the Progressive "German Synagogue" on Danilowiczowska Street in Warsaw and later of the Progressive "Great Synagogue" on Tlomackie Street in Warsaw.
