It took place in Mława on the thirtieth of December one thousand nineteen hundred and one at eleven o’clock in the morning. Moszek Ber Zagon, age sixty years old, and Zaruch Mławski, age fifty years old, both Cheder teachers residing in Mława, appeared testifying that Chana Laja Myszne, age one year and six months old, passed away in Mława yesterday at seven o’clock in the evening. She was the daughter of Srul Myszne and Itta. We have confirmed death of Chana Laja Myszne. This document was read to the witnesses and signed by all of us.
