It took place in the city of Mława, on February the twenty fifth, nineteen hundred and one, at ten o’clock in the morning. Moszek [illeg.] Zagon and Buruch Mławski, first one is age fifty nine years old, the second one is age seventy years old, both teachers of yeshiva in the city of Mława, have appeared testifying that Mendla Tachna, a widow, age eighty three years old, died yesterday at six o’clock in the morning, in the city of Mława. She was a daughter of Mosze(?) Karmazyn and Gołda. We have confirmed the death of Mendla Tachna. This document was read to testifiers and signed by them and a clerk of the register office.
