It took place in Mława on the twenty-fourth of January one thousand nine hundred and two at ten o’clock in the morning.  Lejzor Kon, age thirty eighth years old, residing in Mława, appeared with Moszek Ber Zagon, age sixty years old, and Zoruch Mławski, age fifty years old, both Cheder teachers residing in Mława.  He showed us a baby boy, testifying that the child was born in Mława on the sixteenth of January this year, at nine o’clock at night, to his wife, Chaja née Tachna, age thirty seven years old.  The child was named Berek.  This document was read to the witnesses and signed by all of us, except for the child’s father who is illiterate.
