It took place in the town of Mława, on June the twenty fourth, eighteen hundred and ninety eight, at eleven o’clock in the morning. Abram Moszek Etinger, age seventy six years old, and Symcha Watmacher, age forty three years old, both yeshiva teachers, residing in the town of Mława, have appeared testifying that Szmul Jakub Szerchel, age two years old, passed away yesterday in the town of Mława, at nine o’clock at night. He was a son of Cudek and Gołda Szerchel. This document was read to the testifiers and signed by all of us.
