It took place in Mława on the second of June one thousand eighteen hundred and ninety eight at ten o’clock in the morning. Srul Miszne, peddler, age twenty eight years old, residing in Mława, appeared with Abram Moszek Etinger, age seventy six years old, and Symche Watmacher, age forty two years old, both Cheder teachers residing in Mława. He showed us a baby boy, testifying that the child was born in Mława on the twenty sixth of May this year, [one] of twins, at ten o’clock in the morning, to his wife, Juta née Tachna, age twenty four years old. The child was named Mosek Lajb. This document was read to the testifier and witnesses and signed by us, witnesses and child’s father.
