It took place in Nur, on December the first/December the thirteenth, eighteen hundred and ninety eight, at eleven o’clock in the morning.  Einoch Kur, shoemaker, age twenty seven years old, residing in Nur, have appeared with Herszek Syr, a shoemaker, age forty eight years old, and Matys Gołomb, peddler, age thirty six years old, both residing in Nur.  He showed us a baby boy testifying the baby was born in Nur on November the twenty fourth/December the sixth, this year, at five o’clock in the morning, to his wife Zelda née Smolarczyk, age twenty seven years old.  During the circumcision the baby was named Chaim Berko.  This document was read to the illiterate testifiers and signed by Us only.
