It happened in the town of Mlawa on the sixth of October, eighteen hundred and ninety five at ten o’clock in the morning. Juda Nyson Tachna, shoemaker, age forty, residing in the town of Mlawa, appeared in the presence of the witnesses Abram Moszek Etynger, age seventy three, and Symche Watmacher, age forty, both of whom synagogue sextons residing in the town of Mlawa, and presented us a child of male gender, declaring that it was born in the town of Mlawa on the twenty ninth of September of this year at six o’clock in the morning to his wedded wife Estera née Wajnberg, age thirty nine. This child was given the names Abram-Majer. This document was read aloud to the declarant and the witnesses and signed by Us and them.
