It took place in Mława on the second of October one thousand eight hundred and ninety five at four o’clock in the afternoon. Abram Moszek Etinger, age seventy three years old, and Symche Watmacher, age forty years old, both Cheder teachers residing in Mława, appeared testifying that Estera Kon, age seven months old, passed away yesterday at three o’clock in the afternoon in Mława. She was the daughter of Lejzor Kon and Chaja. We have confirmed death of Estera Kon. This document was read to the witnesses and signed by all of us.
