6. It happened in the town of Mlawa on
the twenty second of February, eighteen hundred and seventy six at five
o’clock in the afternoon. I declare, that today in the presence of the
witnesses Kalman Zachariasz Rozenman, house owner, age fifty eight, and
Abram Moszko Etynger, synagogue sexton, age forty nine, both of whom
residing in the town of Mlawa, was performed the religious wedding
between Mendel Tyton,
bachelor, age twenty three, son of Juda and Ruchla née Michalow,
residing in the town of Ciechanów, and
Wechna
Rywka Jablon, unmarried,
age twenty, daughter of Hersz and Gitla Frymeta née Tachna, residing in
the town of Mlawa with her parents. The marriage preceded three banns
that were announced in the synagogue of Ciechanów on the tenth and
seventeenth of December, eighteen hundred and seventy five and the
twenty fourth of January of the current year, and in the synagogue of
Mlawa on the thirty first of January, seventh and fourteenth of February
of the current year. The newly married declared that they did not
conclude any pre-marital contract. The religious ceremony was performed
by the Rabbi of Mlawa, Icek Klinger. This document was read to those who
were present and signed.
