It happened in the town of Mlawa on the thirteenth of February, eighteen hundred and seventy six at five o’clock in the afternoon. Icek Lejb Tachna, trader, age thirty, residing in the town of Mlawa, appeared in the presence of the witnesses Kalman Zachariasz Rozenman, house owner, age fifty eight, and Abram Moszek Etynger, synagogue sexton, age forty nine, both of whom residing in the town of Mlawa, and presented us a child of female gender, stating that it was born in the town of Mlawa on the sixth of February of the current year at four o’clock in the morning to his wedded wife Brana Laja née Landau, age twenty nine. This child was given the names Ajdla Ita. This document was read aloud and signed by the declarant and the witnesses.
