It happened in the town of Nowy Dwór on the twelfth of August, eighteen hundred and seventy six at three o'clock in the afternoon; the Rabbi of Nowy Dwór, Fajwel Barab, appeared together with the Jew Jankiel Perlemuter, bachelor, twenty two years old, permanently residing in the town of Nasielsk, district of Pultusk, son of the living Abram and Ruchla née Kon, married couple Perlemuter, and the Jewess Laja Bialostocka, unmarried, eighteen years old, permanently residing in the town of Nowy Dwór, district of Warsaw, daughter of the deceased Szoel and the living Golda, married couple Bialostocki, in the presence of the witnesses: Eliasz Icek Sigalowicz, seventy two years old, and Lejb Junkier, fifty two years old, both of whom sextons of the Nowy Dwór synagogue, and testified that today was performed the wedding between the Jew Jankiel Perelmuter, bachelor, and the Jewess Laja Bialostocka, unmarried; – the wedding preceded three banns that were announced in the synagogues of Nasielsk and Nowy Dwór on the twenty sixth of June, third and tenth of July and on the twenty fourth and thirty third of July and seventh of August of this year, and that no obstruction occurred; permission to this wedding was verbally given by the parents of the newly married, – the newly married testified that they did not conclude any pre-marital contract.– Then this document was read to the married couple and the witnesses and signed by Us, the Rabbi and the witnesses – the newly married and their parents declared that they cannot write.
