It happened in the town of Mlawa on October the twentieth, eighteen hundred and seventy six at three o'clock in the afternoon. Kalman Zachariasz Rozenman, house-owner, fifty eight years old, and Abram Moszek Etynger, synagogue sexton, forty nine years old, both of whom residing in the town of Mlawa, appeared and testified that on the nineteenth of October of the current year at ten o'clock in the morning died in the town of Mlawa Udla Jablon, five years old, daughter of Hersz and Gitla Frimeta née Tachna married couple Jablon, born in the town of Mlawa. After having convinced ourselves with our own eyes about the death of Udla Jablon this document was read to those who appeared and signed.
