General Notes: Husband - Jozua (Jozsef Konti) Cohn

Operetta conductor and composer. He was married to his niece, Jozia (Josephine) Cohn, daughter of his brotehr Izydor Cohn. After studying music in Warsaw and Vienna, he lived briefly in Salzburg, and then moved to Hungary. He had a successful c areer as a conductor and composer of operettas and musical comedies in Budapest.

On the birth record of Odon Kohn, it states: "Fatehr b. Warsaw, Mother b. Lemberg; changed surname to Konti on February 18, 1896." So presumably all three members of the family changed their surname to Konti at this time. However, Jozua had bee n using the name "Jozef Konti" as his stage name for many years prior to this.
