It took place in Mława on the sixteenth of January one thousand nine hundred and eight at ten o’clock in the morning.  Josek Tachna, peddler, age thirty four years old, residing in Mława, appeared with Zoruch Mławski, age fifty six years old, and Josek Asz, age forty six years old, both Cheder teachers residing in Mława.  He showed us a baby girl, testifying that the child was born in Mława on the twenty first day of December one thousand nine hundred and five at six o’clock in the evening, to his wife, Chaja Ruchla née Nurek, age thirty three years old. The child was named Chana Ryfka.  This document was read to the witnesses and signed by all of us.
