Cudek Szerchel, age forty one years old, a Feldsher, residing in Mława, have appeared with Abram Moszek Etinger, age seventy seven years old, and Samcha Watmacher, age forty six years old, teachers at yeshiva, residing in the town of Mława. He showed us a baby boy who was born in the town of Mława, on September the twelfth, eighteen hundred and ninety three; to his wife Gołda née Tachna, age forty two years old. The baby was named Szulim. This document was read to testifiers and signed by all of us.
