It took place in Nur, on November the eleventh (24 23), eighteen hundred and ninety seven, at noon.  Moszko Kur, age thirty eight years old, a shoemaker residing in Nur, have appeared with Fajb Ajszberg, a butcher, age sixty years old, and Chaim Kopito, a merchant, age sixty years old, both residing in Nur.  He showed us a baby boy who was born in Nur, on November the fourth/November the sixteenth, eighteen hundred and ninety seven, at five o’clock in the evening; to his wife Frajda Usowska, age thirty eight years old.  During the circumcision ceremony the baby was named Abram.  This document was read to testifiers and signed by a clerk of the registry office.
