It happened in the town of Mlawa on the twenty seventh of October, eighteen hundred and ninety five at three o’clock in the afternoon. Rubin Mordka Tachna, shoemaker, age twenty nine, residing in the town of Mlawa, appeared in the presence of the witnesses Abram Moszek Etynger, age seventy three, and Symche Watmacher, age forty, both of whom synagogue sextons residing in the town of Mlawa, and presented us a child of male gender, declaring that it was born in the town of Mlawa on the twentieth of October of this year at eight o’clock in the evening to his wedded wife Chana née Kelman, age twenty nine. This child was given the names Abram Icek. This document was read aloud to the declarant and the witnesses and signed by Us and them.
