It took place in the city of Mława, on July the fourteenth, eighteen hundred and ninety four, at ten o’clock in the morning. Abram Moszek Etinger, a Jew, age seventy two years old, and Simcha Watmacher, a Jew, age thirty nine years old, both teachers of yeshiva in the city of Mława, have appeared testifying that Szejwa Tachna, age two years old, died yesterday at noon in the city of Mława. She was a daughter of Mordka Tachna and Chani. We have confirmed the death of Szejwa Tachna. This document was read to testifiers and signed by them and a clerk of the register office.
