It took place in Nur, on June the fifteenth/June the twenty seventh, eighteen hundred and ninety four, at five o’clock in the afternoon. Moszko Kur, age thirty one years old, a shoemaker residing in Nur, have appeared with Julek Konopiaty, a landlord, [age fifty four years old], and Berek Lewin, an innkeeper, age forty years old, residing in Nur.  He showed us a baby boy who was born in Nur, on June the eighth/June the twentieth, eighteen hundred and ninety four; to his wife Frajda Osowska, age thirty one years old.  During the circumcision ceremony the baby was named Jankiel.  This document was read to testifiers and signed by a clerk of the registry office and witnesses. Child’s father is illiterate.
