It took place in Nur, on January the sixteenth/January the twenty eighth, eighteen hundred and ninety four, at ten o’clock in the morning. Szymko-Zelko Szlamowicz Rożaniec, an owner of a boat crossing in the village of Myślibory, age forty six years old, have appeared with Julek Konopiaty, a landlord, age fifty four years old, and Sana Kur, age sixty five years old, both residing in Nur. He showed us a baby boy who was born in the village of Myślibory, on January ninth/January twenty first, eighteen hundred and ninety four; to his wife Estera Ryfka Kur, age twenty five years old.  During the circumcision ceremony the baby was named Chaim Szlama.  This document was read to testifiers and signed by a clerk of the registry office, father and one of the witnesses. The other witness is illiterate.
