It took place in Mława on the twenty first of December one thousand eight hundred and ninety three at one o’clock in the afternoon.  Abram Moszek Etinger, age seventy one years old, and Symche Watmacher, age thirty eight years old, both Cheder teachers residing in Mława, appeared testifying that Mordka Kon, age three years old, passed away yesterday at four o’clock in the afternoon in Mława.  He was the son of Lejzor Kon and Chaja. We have confirmed death of Mordka Kon. This document was read to the witnesses and signed by all of us.
