It took place in Mława on the fifth of December one thousand eighteen hundred and ninety at ten o’clock in the morning. Abram Moszek Etinger, age sixty eight years old, and Szymek Watmacher, age thirty six years old, both Cheder teachers residing in Mława, appeared testifying that Ita Ruchla Izraelewicz, age one year old, passed away in Mława yesterday at three o’clock in the afternoon. She was the daughter of Juda and Łaja Hinda née Łupina. We have confirmed death of Ita Ruchla Izraelewicz. This document was read to the witnesses and signed by all of us.
