It happened in the town of Czyzew on the first of July eighteen hundred ninety at nine o’clock in the morning. Meier Dzbanek, age forty nine, and Jankiel Jablonka, age fifty five, both teachers of cheder pupils, and residing in the town of Czyzew, appeared and testified that yesterday at two o’clock in the afternoon died Beniamin Lejba [Benyumin Laybe] Tachna, five years old, born in Nur, county of Ostrow, son of Mosiek Mendel and Hana Sura, married couple Tachna, shoemakers, residing in the town of Czyzew. After having convinced ourselves with our own eyes about the death of Beniamin Lejba Tachna, this document was read to those who appeared and signed by Meier Dzbanek whereas Jankiel Jablonka testified that he cannot write.
