Abram Moszek Etinger, sixty seven years old, and Szymek Watmacher, thirty five years old, both of whom residing in the town of Mlawa, appeared and declared to us that yesterday at eleven o'clock at night died in the town of Mlawa Szejwa [Shevuah daughter of Nusyn Rafal] Tachna, sixty four years old, daughter of Nusin and Ruchla, maiden name unknown, leaving behind her husband Arie [Tzvi Aryeh son of Yehuda Ha-Levy] Tachna. After having convinced ourselves with our own eyes about the death of Szejwa Tachna, this document was read and signed in our presence.
