It happened in the town of Czyzew on the twenty ninth of December eighteen hundred eighty eight at nine o’clock in the morning. Meier Dzbanek, age fourty three, and Jankiel Jablonka, age fifty four, both teachers of cheder pupils and residing in the town of Czyzew appeared and testified that yesterday at two o’clock in the afternoon died Boruch Tachna, shoemaker, age sixty four, non-permanent resident of the town of Czyzew, permanently residing in the town of Nur, county of Ostrow, son of unknown parents. After having convinced ourselves with our own eyes about the death of Boruch Tachna this document was read to those who appeared and signed by Meier Dzbanek whereas Jankiel Jablonka testified that he cannot write.
