It took place in Mława on the thirteenth of January one thousand eight hundred and eighty two at nine o’clock in the morning. Nusen Ładynia, baker, reservist of the 21st Muromsk Infantry Regiment, age twenty eight years old, residing in Mława, appeared with Kalman Zachariasz Rozenman, proprietor, age sixty four years old, and Abram Moszek Etinger, Cheder teacher, age sixty years old, [both] residing in Mława. He showed us a baby boy, testifying that the child was born in Mława on the seventh of January this year at three o’clock in the morning, to his wife, Ryfka née Izraelewicz, age twenty one years old. The child was named Izrael Lejb. This document was read to the testifier and witnesses and signed by all of us except for the child’s father who is illiterate.
