It happened in the town of Mlawa on the twenty third of July, eighteen hundred and seventy seven at four o'clock in the afternoon.  Kalman Zachariasz Rozenman, house-owner, fifty nine years old, and Abram Moszek Etynger, synagogue sexton, fifty years old, both of whom residing in the town of Mlawa, appeared and testified that on the twenty second of July of the current year at two o'clock in the afternoon died in the town of Mlawa Zanwel Jablon, son of Hersz and Gitla Frimeta née Tachna married couple Jablon, born in the town of Mlawa.  After having convinced ourselves with our own eyes about the death of Zanwel Jablon this document was read to those who appeared and signed.
