It took place in Nur, on January the twelfth (twenty fourth), eighteen hundred and seventy four, at ten o’clock in the morning.  Abram Kur, shoemaker, age twenty five years old, residing in Nur have appeared with Dawid Lowin, age thirty eight years old, and Berek Grünwald, age forty years old, both residing in Nur.  He showed us a baby boy who was born in Nur on January the fourth (sixteenth), this year; to his wife Chawa née Monkarz, age twenty two years old.  During the religious ceremony the baby was named Bejnamin.  This document was read to the testifiers and signed by all of us.
