It took place in Mława on the twenty seventh of January one thousand eight hundred and sixty four at twelve o’clock at noon. Szmul Izraelowicz, baker, age thirty years old, residing in Mława, appeared with Zelman Niborski, age fifty one years old, and Abram Bajlowicz, age fifty four years old, both Cheder teachers residing in Mława. He showed us a baby girl, testifying that the child was born here, in Mława on the fifteenth of this month and year at ten o’clock in the evening, to his wife, Tauba née Gradacka, age twenty eight years old. The child was named Chaja Ryfka. This document was read to the testifier and witnesses and signed by all of us except for the child’s father who is illiterate.
