It took place in Mława on the fourth of January one thousand eight hundred and sixty one at ten o’clock in the morning. Jewish men, Lewin Szmulowicz Lando, age seventy three years old, and Abram Bajlowicz, age forty nine years old, Cheder teachers residing in Mława, appeared testifying that Chuna Azryelowicz, age one and a half years old, passed away yesterday at two o’clock in the afternoon. He was the son of Szmul Azryelowicz and Tauba from Mława. We have confirmed death of Chuna Azryelowicz. This document was read to the witnesses and signed by all of us.
