It happened in the town of Konstantynów on the tenth (twenty second) of
September, eighteen hundred and sixty at three o’clock in the afternoon.
Appeared the Jews Jukiel Wejcman, trader, age seventy two, and Szlama
Frydman, carter, age fifty, both of home residing in this town, and
testified that on the seventh / nineteenth of September of the current
year at eight o’clock in the morning died here in the town of
Konstantynów the Jewess Chaja Ryfka Tachna, spinster, age five, daughter
of Moszek and Gołda married couple Tachna, coming from the municipality
of Niemira, district Ostrołęka, leaving behind her parents. After having
convinced ourselves with our own eyes about the death of Chaja Ryfka
Tachna this document was read, and signed by the witness Jukiel Wejcman,
whereas the second witness cannot write.
