It took place in Mława on the sixth / the eighteenth of April one thousand eighteen hundred and fifty eight at nine o’clock in the morning.  Jewish men, Lewin Szmulowicz Lando, age seventy years old and Abram Bajlowicz, age forty six years old, both yeshiva teachers residing here, appeared testifying that Ryfka Izraelowicz, age forty two years old, daughter of Jakub Tachna and his wife Dwojra from Mława, passed away today at five o’clock in the morning.  Surviving is her widowed husband, Huna, and four children.  We have confirmed death of Ryfka Izraelowicz.  This document was read and signed.
