Mlawa Victims Memorial

Located on the destroyed Jewish cemetery in Mlawa, Poland

This memorial symbolizes the lost lives of the Jews murdered in the Holocaust.  The arms of the Menorah are reaching up out of the ground supporting the candles that are made of remnants of shattered gravestones.

In this representation, the victims and survivors reach up from where they've been buried to remind us of the horrors that transpired.
