Cohn, Mindla

  General Notes:

It seems faily certain that she was married to Simche Rappaport, a son of Joseph Hersch Rappaport, a wealthy Orthodox Jew in Lwow (Lemberg). Their marriage record, from Lviv in 1831 states that her father is from Warschau. Her age is 20, therefo re born circa 1811. Her name is given as "Mindel Kohn." This date of birth basically agrees with her birth record in the Warsaw records.

Furthermore, the book Geza Yishai lists some of the families which the children of Wolf Michel Cohn married into. One of those listed is the family of Joseph Hersch Rappaport. Given these facts we can reasonbly assume that Mindla married Simch e Rappaprot in Lwow in 1831.

Mindla had a relationship with Simche Rappaport, son of Joseph Hersch Rapport and Unknown.
