Jayde Marie Tachna, age 16, of Bolingbrook, Illinois, passed away surrounded by her loving family on Wednesday, May 18, 2016. She was born in Winfield, Illinois on September 18, 1999. Jayde was a sophomore and attending Plainfield East High School .
She is survived by her loving parents; Steve I. and Maria L. (nee Prominski) Tachna; sister, Madelyn Tachna, grandmother; Eileen Prominski, grandparents; Gerald and Libby Tachna, aunts and uncles; Sandi (Al) Leitner, Geneane Prominski and Mike Mik ulski, cousins: Jessica and Becca Prominski, Adam, Brad and Jason Leitner, and Heather Tachna, great-aunt; Mari-Lynn Langenberg. Jayde was preceded in death by her grandfather; James Prominski, grandmother; Debbie Mikulski and her uncle; Larry Tac hna.
