Rebbe of the Wielepole/Vyelipol Chassidim in Flatbush, New York. Marr ied to Shayna Gitel, daughter of Rabbi Levi Yitzchak Horowitz of Bosto n (the Bostoner Rebbe). Shayna Gitel was a second cousin of Yosef Cha im since the wife of the Bostoner Rebbe was Rachil, a daughter of Rach ma Mirel nee Horowitz, who was a sister of Rabbi Yosef Chaim Frankel.
Yosef married Shayna Gitel Horowitz, daughter of Rabbi Levi Yitzchak Horowitz (the Bostoner Rebbe) and Unknown.
