There is a Yad Vashem Page of Testimony filed for a Moshe Friedland (I D #395809) who might very well be the same person. He was born in 187 3 in Riga, Latvia, was married, was a teacher, and was murdered in th e Shoah in 1942. The page was filed by his relative Rivka Shamir. Sh e also submitted several other pages for people from Riga, including M oshe's wife. Her name was Lina nee Baibus (Babush) Friedland (ID #796 686). She was born in Riga in 1875, married to Moshe, and her parent s names were Mordechai and Bluman, and murdered in the Shoah in 1942.
Rivka Shamir also submitted pages for Lina's brother Shmuel (b. 1873 ) an engineer, his wife Mina (b. 1875) and their son Senja Baibus (b . 1917), all murdered in the Holocaust.
