His wife’s name was Raszka and she perished in the Holocaust. Yitzchak Mordechai submitted a Page of Testimony to Yad Vashem in her honor (ID #321259). She was born in Lodz in 1915 and her father was named Abraham. She died in the Auschwitz Dea th Camp in Aug. 1944. According to the Page of Testimony (ID #10684009) about her submitted by Yitzchak Mordechai’s second wife, Golda, Raszka’s maiden name was Hendeles (although she doesn’t know her given name).

Yitschak Mordechai Winter survived and later married again to a woman named Golda née Belkhatovski who submitted several Pages of Testimony to Yad Vashem in honor of his relatives and her own.
