It took place in Mława on the twenty seventh of November one thousand nineteen hundred at ten o’clock in the morning. Srul Myszne, peddler, age thirty one years old, residing in Mława, appeared with Moszek Zagon, age fifty eight years old, and Zaruch Mławski, age forty nine years old, both Cheder teachers residing in Mława. He showed us a baby girl, testifying that the child was born in Mława on the twenty fourth of July this year at eight o’clock in the evening, to his wife, Ita née Tachna, age twenty eight years old. The child, [one] of twins, was named Rywka. This document was read to the testifier and witnesses and signed by us, witnesses and child’s father.
