It took place in the town of Mława, on July the twenty first, eighteen hundred and eighty six, at eleven o’clock in the morning. Abram Moszek Etinger, age sixty four years old, and Mojszek Bajlowicz, age thirty years old, both yeshiva teachers, residing in the town of Mława, have appeared testifying that Mordka Szyrchel, age one year old, passed away yesterday in the town of Mława, at ten o’clock at night. He was a son of Cudek and Gołda Szyrchel. We have confirmed the death of Mordka Szyrchel. This document was read to the testifiers and signed by all of us.
