It happened in the town of Mlawa on the eighteenth of December, eighteen hundred and eighty five at four o'clock in the afternoon, and in the presence of the witnesses, Kalman Rozenman, house-owner, sixty seven years old, and Abram Moszko Etinger, synagogue sexton, sixty three years old, both of whom residing in the town of Mlawa, it was announced that on this day the religious wedding was performed between Szaja [Yitzhak Yehoshua son of Tzvi Aryeh Ha-Levy] Tachna, bachelor, twenty six years old, son of Arie [Tzvi Aryeh son of Yehudah Ha-Levy] and Sejwa z Rafalow, and Raca [Ruchle daughter of Avram Yitzhak] Wilczek, unmarried, twenty four years old, daughter of Abram  [Avram Yitzhak] and Rasia [Reizel] née Zamojskiewicz, living with her parents in the town of Mlawa.  The wedding preceded three banns announced in the synagogue of Mlawa on the fifth, twelfth and nineteenth of November of the current year.  The newly married declared that they did not conclude any pre-marital contract.  The religious wedding ceremony was performed by the rabbi of Mlawa, Icek Klinger.  This document was read and signed in our presence.  The newly married declared that they cannot write.
