It happened in the settlement of
Raciaz on the fourth / sixteenth of March, eighteen hundred and eighty
five at nine o'clock in the morning – Chaskiel Mojsie [Yehezkel Moshe
son of Dovid Ha-Levy] Taszma (Tachna), trader, twenty two years old,
residing in the settlement of Raciaz, appeared personally in the
presence of the witnesses, Moszek Aron Markus, synagogue sexton, sixty
nine years old, and Abram Moszek Gorowicz (Horowicz), trader, fifty six
years old, both of whom residing in the settlement of Raciaz, and showed
us a child of female gender, declaring that it was born in the
settlement of Raciaz on the twenty fifth of February / ninth of March of
the current year at five o'clock in the afternoon to his wife, the
Jewess Malka [Malachah daughter of Yechiel] née Krzeczanowska, twenty
years old, to whom were given the names Chawa-Rywka [Chava Rivke
daughter of Yehezkel Moshe Ha-Levy]. This document was read to the
testifier and the witnesses and signed by us, the testifier and the
witnesses.
