It took place in Mława on the eighteenth of November one thousand eight hundred and fifty nine at two o’clock in the afternoon. Szmul Izraelowicz, a Jew, food peddler residing in Mława, age twenty five years old, appeared with Lewin Szmulowicz Lando, age seventy one years old, and Abram Bajlowicz, age forty seven years old, both Cheder teachers residing in Mława. He showed us a baby boy, testifying that the child was born here, in Mława on the tenth of November this year, at nine o’clock in the morning, to his wife, Tauba née Gradacka, age twenty years old. The child was named Huna Izrael. This document was read to the testifier and witnesses and signed by all of us.
